Privacy Policy
LightCue uses location, camera, and device sensors to provide photography timing, direction, weather, and exposure guidance. LightCue does not require an account and does not operate its own application backend.
1. Information processed
Location
- With permission, latitude and longitude are used for local light calculations, sky direction, and weather-based shooting guidance.
- Coordinates limited to four decimal places are sent to the MET Norway Locationforecast API. MET Norway may process the IP address and request metadata generated by the network request.
- LightCue does not store current location on a Studio Nani server.
Camera and selected photos
- Camera access is used for spot metering. On some devices, LightCue takes a temporary photo to read exposure metadata and attempts to delete it immediately afterward.
- If the user explicitly invokes photo sharing, the selected photo and entered photographer name, location, and note are passed to the operating-system share sheet. LightCue does not automatically upload them; the selected destination's policy applies.
Device sensors and local app data
- Compass heading is processed on-device and is not uploaded to a Studio Nani server.
- Saved places, notes, checklist state, and preferences are stored locally until the user deletes them, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.
Advertising
LightCue uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement. Where required, ads are requested only after Google's consent flow permits them.

Retention and international processing by third parties are governed by their respective policies.
3. Choices and deletion
Users may deny or revoke location and camera permissions in device settings. Locally saved places and notes can be removed in the app or by clearing app data. Where available, Google's privacy-choice form can be reopened from the privacy icon on the first screen.
4. Children
LightCue is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Security, changes, and contact
Network requests use HTTPS. Information sent to third-party services is protected and retained under their policies. This policy will be updated when features, service providers, or legal requirements change.

LightCue는 촬영 시점·방향·날씨·노출 안내를 위해 위치, 카메라 및 기기 센서를 사용합니다. 계정 생성이나 Studio Nani 자체 앱 백엔드는 없습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 위치 권한을 허용하면 위도·경도를 빛과 하늘 방향 계산 및 날씨 기반 촬영 안내에 사용합니다. 날씨 조회 시 소수점 넷째 자리로 제한한 좌표를 MET Norway에 전송하며, 현재 위치를 Studio Nani 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
- 카메라는 스팟 측광에 사용합니다. 일부 기기에서는 노출 정보를 읽기 위한 임시 사진을 만든 뒤 삭제를 시도합니다.
- 사진 공유는 사용자가 직접 실행할 때만 운영체제 공유 화면으로 전달되며 자동 업로드하지 않습니다.
- 나침반 값은 기기에서 처리합니다. 장소·메모·체크리스트·설정은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지울 때까지 기기에 저장됩니다.
- Google Mobile Ads는 광고 제공·측정·부정 사용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 제3자 서비스
MET Norway Locationforecast와 Google Mobile Ads를 사용합니다. 각 서비스의 처리와 보관은 위에 연결된 약관 및 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
3. 선택·삭제 및 아동
위치·카메라 권한은 기기 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 로컬 정보는 앱 또는 앱 데이터 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. LightCue는 만 13세 이상 일반 사용자를 대상으로 하며 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다.
